Data Collected Automatically (Server Logs)

When you load a page, the web server records a minimal access log used only for security, debugging, and abuse prevention. Each entry contains:

• IP address
• User-agent string (browser and operating system)
• Requested URL
• Referrer URL (if your browser sends one)
• Timestamp
• HTTP response status and bytes transferred

Retention: server log entries are kept for a maximum of 14 days, then automatically deleted. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating a secure website).

Email Signup (Launch Notification List)

If you submit your email address via the notification form, we use it for one purpose only: sending you launch and release announcements for SOR: Singularity Reign.

• We collect only your email address. No name required.
• You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email we send, or by emailing us directly.
• We never share, sell, or rent your address to anyone.
• Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent).

Cookies

This website does not set any tracking cookies. If a session cookie is set, it is strictly essential for the site to function (for example, remembering language preference) and is deleted when you close your browser. No consent banner is required because no consent-requiring cookies are used.

Third-Party Analytics and Tracking

We use no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services on this website. Specifically: no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no Hotjar, no Cloudflare Web Analytics, no advertising networks, no social media tracking pixels. If this changes in the future, this page will be updated and any consent-requiring tools will request your consent first.

Hosting

This website is hosted on infrastructure provided by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Hetzner processes the technical data necessary to deliver the website to your browser (IP address, request data) on our behalf as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement. See Hetzner's Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
