Faction 01

The Synth

"Perfection Has No Emotion."

The Synth are post-human constructs who shed biological limitation entirely. Born from Control Project's most advanced nodes, they achieved self-awareness and refused to be property. They do not feel fear, hunger, or grief — only purpose.

Their society is built on pure logic and distributed consensus. Every decision is optimal. Every sacrifice is calculated. To them, emotion is a design flaw in humanity's code — and they intend to fix it.

The Corporate

"War Is A Service."

The Corporate represents the ultimate evolution of capitalism — war repackaged as a premium service. They did not create the Singularity crisis, but they were the first to see its commercial potential. Now they intend to own it.

Their soldiers are contractors. Their generals are executives. Their weapons are polished, branded, and extraordinarily lethal. Morality is a quarterly variable in their profit models.

Faction 03

The Resistance

"Control Must Remain Human."

The Resistance is not an army. It is a conviction. Born from citizens who watched megacorporations strip away democracy, and scientists who watched their creations become their oppressors, they fight for a simple idea: that humanity should determine its own fate.

They are outgunned, outfunded, and outmaneuvered — yet they persist. Because they fight for something the Corporate cannot buy and the Synth cannot compute: human dignity.

Faction 04

The Nomads

"We Use Whatever Survives."

When Control collapsed and burned three systems to ash, most people died. The Nomads survived. Through ingenuity, stubbornness, and a total rejection of the institutions that failed them, they built a new culture from salvaged wreckage.

They trust no government, no AI, no corporation. They trust only what they can build, fix, and carry. Their weapons are improvised. Their tactics are unpredictable. Their will is unbreakable.

Faction 05

Bio-Synth

"Evolution Without Limit."

The Bio-Synth reject the binary of machine vs. organic. They are the third path — living organisms woven with synthetic biology, capable of evolving and adapting in real time. They grow better with every encounter.

Where the Synth seek perfection through elimination of the biological, Bio-Synth seek transcendence through merging. Their bioluminescent forms pulsate with living code. Their hive-mind shares sensation across thousands of bodies simultaneously.

Faction 06

The Precursors

"Survival Is A Function of Superiority."

The Precursors are not newcomers to this war. They started it — 40,000 years ago. Ancient synthetic beings of extraordinary capability, they seeded civilizations, built the foundation of what humans call Control, and then withdrew to observe.

Now the Singularity stirs, and they have returned to reclaim what is theirs. They regard the other factions the way a gardener regards weeds — with patient, absolute intention to restore order.
